Courtney Rudolph is 3 coaches in 1. We had to tell her visitors exactly how she could help them without confusing them.

Creative process

• Courtney filled out a questionnaire to help me learn about what she offered and whom she served. This helped me speak directly to her ideal customer.

• Courtney and I also had several recorded interviews. I used the recordings to make sure I was capturing her voice in every sentence.

Final results

Courtney copied and pasted her web copy into her template and was done! No stress, no second guessing.
