The task was to create a visitor experience with all the feels of an expensive, upscale bridal company. (2) Persuade visitors that renting a gown is a practical and chic alternative to buying.
The new landing page walks visitors through each step of renting a designer gown. The big promise? Wear your dream gown on your big day. Pay a fraction of the original cost.
I infused the copy with Mariah's brand voice: affable, empathetic, and fashion/money savvy.
After launching the new site, the average number of pages clicked on per unique visit went up by 8% in the next 30 days. From 3.29 to 3.59.
